Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. We accept Returns within 30 days of the order receipt.
    1. Shipping costs to and fro will be borne by the customer.
    2. Include a 20% restocking fee or a minimum fee of $25, whichever is higher.
    3. On Return, return label will be generated by Orchids and Orchids reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine the carrier to be used on any shipment.
  2. Returned items must be received completely unassembled and unused, in their original condition and packaging, complete with all materials. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item and it has been determined to be in the original condition. In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold (received damaged or modified from its original packaging/state), you will be charged the full value of the merchandise.
  3. All returns, adjustments, deductions, or chargebacks must be approved by Orchids America LLC. A customer service representative will contact you within 7 working days once your return request has been submitted.
  4. Returns are refunded to the original method of payment.
  5. Sample Sale
    1. Any items purchased on Sample Sale are non-returnable.
    2. Shams/ Quilts/Coverlets purchased on Sample Sale might not coordinate or color match as they might have been manufactured in different batches.
  6. Exchanges cannot be made. We invite you to return any unwanted item(s) and make a new purchase.
  7. All Sales become final after 30 days from receipt of shipment.
  8. Damage Claims
    1. Upon arrival, your order should immediately be checked for any discrepancies or damage. If you receive a shipment with obvious freight damage, claims must be reported to the driver upon delivery. Note the damage on the bill of lading, and take a photo, as this will expedite the resolution of your claim with Orchids America LLC. If you sign for the shipment without reporting any damage, you are responsible for all damages.
    2. Orchids America LLC strives to provide our clients with high-quality merchandise shipped with carrier-approved materials. We understand damages and defects may occur and we apologize for the inconvenience. Claims must be reported to Orchids America LLC within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.
    3. Photos of the damage and of any noticeable damage to the inner/outer packaging or boxes are mandatory for claims to be processed. Email item #, quantity, and a description of the damage to hello@partners.orchidsluxhome.com. All original boxes and packing material must be retained to have your damage claim processed.
