  • Orders can be placed via:
  • Order Processing Time
    • 5-7 business days
    • Order placed during Trade fairs – 14 business days.
    • Items on backorder – will be informed by email.
  • For Wholesale/Trade Orders – All customers are required by law to supply a state sales tax certificate unless exempted by the customer’s State.
  • Payment Terms
    • We accept Credit cards, Checks, Wire transfers, and ACH.
    • We accept full Payment before dispatch of order.
  • Last Minute Changes to Your Order?
    • Within 48-hours of full-payment, you can make amendment requests to your order such as-
      • Change in Shipping Address
      • Addition of Item
      • Removal of item
      • Hold order
      • Cancellation of Order
    • Once your Order has been processed for Dispatch (i.e. after 48-hrs of payment collection), we will be unable to make any changes to your order. If you wish to make any changes please refer to the Return & Refund Policy.
