Consumer Terms of Sale

1) Who these terms apply to

  1. User: Retail purchases for personal use (not resale).

  3. Entity: Orchids America LLC (“Orchids,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

2) Shipping & Delivery

  1. Short version: Orders ship from the DFW, Texas in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). If we can’t ship when promised, we’ll email you to approve a new date or choose a full refund.
  2. Processing times:
    1. In-stock: 1–3 business days.
    2. Backorders: As per ETA noted on your order confirmation.
    3. Holidays/peak: 2–4 business days.
    4. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
  3. Rates & thresholds: Rates apply to standard ground shipping in the contiguous U.S.

    2. Less than $199 = $15
    3. $200 – $299 = $20
    4. $300 & Over = Free Shipping
    5. Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: Charged at carrier-calculated rates, we will email you a quote after you've placed an order.
  4. Transit & carriers: We use UPS/FedEx/USPS. Estimated delivery dates appear in your shipping confirmation email and come from the carrier; they’re not guaranteed.
    1. PO Boxes/APO/FPO are fulfilled via USPS where available.
  5. Where we ship from: Our primary warehouse is in the DFW, TX.
  6. Delays: If there’s a delay beyond the stated timeframe, we’ll email you. You can accept the new timing or take a full refund immediately.
  7. International: For international orders, please email hello@partners.orchidsluxhome.com for a manual quote. Import duties/taxes are paid by the customer.

3) Returns & Exchanges

  1. Short version: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Start a return through our Return Request Form. Return unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. We charge $30 per return (per order) for most items and $50 for oversized items. If we sent a defective or incorrect item, returns are free.
  2. What can be returned
    1. New condition only: unused, unwashed, with original packaging/tags.
    2. Bed sheets & other hygiene-sensitive items: returnable only if unopened and seals are intact (unless defective).
    3. Non-returnable: final-sale items (strictly enforced), furniture, swatches, sale/clearance, and personalized/monogrammed items.
    4. Items damaged on arrival (DOA): contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos via the Return Request Form.
  3. Return window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  4. How returns work

    2. We issue a prepaid label.
    3. A $30 fee applies to most returns (per order#); $50 for oversized items (oversized status will be noted on the product page).
    4. Ship the item within 14 days of label issue.
    5. Defective/incorrect items: no fee (we cover shipping).
  5. Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  6. Exchanges: For a different color/size, the fastest method is to return for a refund and place a new order.

4) Limited Warranty

  1. Short version: We cover genuine defects. Normal wear or misuse isn’t covered.
  2. Coverage period: 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
  3. What’s not covered
    1. Normal wear and tear, pilling, fading, or shrinkage from washing/drying.
    2. Stains, discoloration, odors, pet damage, cuts, or burns.
    3. Improper care or commercial use.
    4. Some products are handcrafted using natural materials—therefore, no two products are identical and may vary in color, size or finish. We believe that this adds to the value and quality of those products. Small irregularities in sizes, embroidery and color are hallmarks of hand-craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
  4. Remedy: At our option, we will repair, replace, or refund the item after review.

5) Pricing & Promotions

  1. Promo codes:
    1. Only one promo code per order unless stated otherwise.
    2. Some items may be excluded.
  2. Pricing errors: If there is an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel and refund before shipping.
  3. Gift cards & store credit:
    1. Digital gift cards are delivered by email, carry no fees, and can be redeemed online or in-store.
    2. Store credit can be redeemed online or in-store.
    3. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7) Disputes & Governing Law

  1. These terms use Texas law (without affecting any non-waivable rights you have where you live). If a dispute occurs, you may bring a claim in small-claims court where you live or where we are based.
